About
I'm drawn to problems that are messy, important, and still poorly understood. The kind where nobody can hand you the question, so finding it is the first job.
I build AI products and take them all the way to the customer. What I actually enjoy is the stretch before the solution is obvious, when you're still working out where the real bottleneck sits. The model is almost never the hard part.
I've also spent nine months away from engineering, running B2B sales and merchandising at Yido Pottery, because I wanted to see how the business side actually works. Most of it runs on judgment nobody has ever written down, which is what got me interested in agents in the first place.
I'm looking for the next thing now. I care less about the title than about what the work changes, and I'd rather be inside a real system than one that only lives on a screen. Close enough to the people running it that I can tell when I'm wrong. If that's what you're building, email me.

Product

VOC STUDIO
A B2B SaaS that turns customer feedback into product decisions.
First engineer. Zero to 30 paying customers, and I closed most of them.

Storehaus
AI agents that run merchandising, content and store operations for D2C brands.
Two engineers, ten brand pilots, then we shut it down.

vFlat
A mobile scanner that flattens curved book pages.
I was put on OCR quality, and the real fix turned out to be reading order.
Research
Writing
I write to figure out what I actually learned.
A few I still stand by.
